Free shipping over 14490 Ft!
Below that, the shipping to home costs 1190 Ft pay with card, cash on delivery is 1290Ft. Shipping to box is 1190Ft

When will my order arrive?

It usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on which shipping service you choose.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently only to Hungary, however we are planning to open to other countries soon.

Warranty

What is the warranty policy?

Warranty Period: Our phone cases are covered by a limited warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your phone case is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any modifications or alterations made to the product. It also does not cover damage to your phone or any other device or accessory.

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at info@dunacase.hu. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and describe the issue you are experiencing with the phone case. We will guide you through the claim process.

Resolution: If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the phone case. The decision regarding repair or replacement will be at our sole discretion. We will cover the costs of shipping for accepted warranty claims.

Limitations: This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim if we determine that the issue is not covered by this policy.

What are the payment options?

You can pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Simple Pay or cash on delivery (card or cash).

Please take into account if you order to a pickup point you can only pay by card.

Where can I apply my coupon code?

You can apply it at checkout.

Why haven't I received confirmation of my order?

We send a confirmation email after every order so that you know everything's on track. If you didn't get any you should check your spam folder.

How can I delete my order?

Does wireless charging work with your cases?

Yes, all our phone cases are compatible with wireless chargers.

What is the difference between phone cases?

The biggest difference among our cases:

  • Soft case: it has a soft touch and a camera ring
  • MagSafe case: it is MagSafe compatible
  • Note case: it protects your phone's front and back

What is the difference between screen protectors?

Screen protector types you can find at our store:

  • Glass: strong glass which absorbs the shocks and scratches
  • Privacy glass: strong glass which absorbs the shocks and scratches, however it has a special coating so that no one can see your screen if you do not want to.
  • Foil: it is the thinnest and it protects from scratches, however it is not so efficient absorbing shocks.

What cable should I use for iPhone?

Generally speaking if you have an iPhone you should use Ligtning cable, however if you have iPhone 15 or newer model, you should choose USB-C cable.

(USB-C: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max)

What cable should I use for android devices?

Generally speaking newer android devices has a USB-C power input, however if you have an older model it is possible that it only has Micro USB.
